Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of PlanCourt, an adversarial plan-review service. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
PlanCourt sets independent AI reviewer models on your implementation plan, with a lead reviewer model that revises the plan and issues a readiness decision. Plans you submit are processed by the model providers you select (your own keys) or by our managed model mixes, and a report is produced.
2. Accounts
- You sign in with a one-time email link. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure.
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and authorized to agree to these Terms.
- You are responsible for all activity that happens in your account and workspace.
3. Plans, wallet, and billing
- Payments are processed by Paddle (our merchant of record). By purchasing you also agree to Paddle's buyer terms.
- Managed reviews debit a prepaid wallet in US cents when a review completes. The charge depends on the plan length, selected models and review depth, and is settled from actual review usage. An estimate is provided before starting. Incomplete, errored, or never-started runs return the hold to your balance. Unused wallet balance never expires.
- Free includes $4.00 to start, with no card. A managed review is metered: the final charge follows actual review usage, so how many reviews the starting amount covers depends on the length of the plan and the lineup chosen. Pay as you go top-ups start at $25, then $50, $100, or $500. Pro is $19.99 per month and includes $25.00 of managed usage each billing period, metered the same way; that included usage is spent before your wallet balance and does not carry over to the next period, while any wallet balance you top up never expires. Team is $149 per month and allows bring-your-own-key (BYOK) runs, which we do not bill, plus managed runs billed from the balance the same way.
- A hold is reserved when a managed run starts and settled when it ends. Runs that never begin, error before producing a report, or finish with incomplete review coverage are refunded in full. Because the hold is an upper-bound estimate rather than a price, what a completed review actually costs is the metered amount, which can be less than the hold.
- You are responsible for any third-party model API costs incurred by your own keys (BYOK). We do not bill you for BYOK usage.
- See the Refund Policy for refunds and cancellations.
4. Acceptable use
You may not: use the service to process unlawful content; probe, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure; circumvent plan limits or wallet enforcement; resell access without a written agreement; or use the service to train a competing model on our prompts or outputs. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. Your content
You retain all rights to the plans you submit and the reports produced from them. You grant us only the license necessary to run the service on your behalf (processing your plan through the models and storing the result in your workspace).
6. No training
Your plans, reviewer feedback, and reports are never used by us to train AI models, and we do not sell them or use them for advertising. When you use our managed mixes, the plan text is transmitted to the model providers solely to fulfill your run, and our configuration requires that such inputs are not collected or used for training; if no compliant route exists for a chosen model, the run fails rather than proceeding anyway.
When you run on your own keys, the plan text goes from our servers to your provider using your key. That provider's terms and your account settings govern retention and training, and we cannot override them. If this matters to you, check your provider's settings before running a sensitive plan. See the Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer of warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. AI model output may be incorrect, incomplete, or misleading; a readiness decision is an advisory opinion, not professional, legal, or engineering advice. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on any output.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlanCourt is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or $100 USD.
9. Termination
You may delete your account and workspace at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. On termination, your workspace data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes are effective 30 days after we post them or notify you. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of India.
